2025 Beef Sales open April 25th
Our general sales open for this season on April 25, 2025—supply is limited and sells out fast. Don’t miss your chance to grab your order of CRNB before it’s gone!
Our Ranch to Your Table
When conditions allow, we offer a limited supply of our Connolly Ranch Natural Beef (CRNB) direct to consumers. At this time, we only sell bulk mixed quarter side orders locally, with customers picking up their orders in the Tracy area.
Mixed quarter-side bulk orders include a variety of cuts totaling approximately one-quarter of a steer. Cuts are individually wrapped/labeled, vacuumed-sealed and frozen. A “mixed” quarter-side typically has about 60-80 pounds of beef. It includes an assortment of cuts that come from right or left, front or hind quarter of the steer, such as ground beef, steaks, roasts, shanks, ribs, and more. For context, the USDA estimates that the average American consumer eats 220 lbs. of red meat per year. You will need freezer capacity as an order will take up most of the space in a standard top freezer refrigerator. Each order will vary somewhat in weight and cuts and neither total weight nor specific cuts are known ahead of time or before delivery.
Our beef is ideal for people who live in the SF Bay Area and northern San Joaquin Valley near Tracy and can pick up their order in the Tracy area on the date set by Connolly Ranch. We are not able to ship orders or hold-over or store orders for customers.
